Individual Therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and flexible, meeting you where you are—both in your life and from day to day. I tailor sessions to your needs and pace, offering gentle guidance and support along the way. While I often invite clients to explore art-making or nature-based experiences, neither is required for therapy to be meaningful or effective. Our work together is about what feels most supportive for you.

Through years of training and trauma-informed work, I’ve found that focusing on resilience, empowerment, and strengths helps clients gain insight and confidence in lasting ways. Creative expression can offer a deeper and sometimes quicker understanding of challenging experiences than words alone. When incorporated, nature-based exploration adds rich metaphor, grounding, and a sense of calm, supporting greater self-acceptance and connection.

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to best fit your needs and schedule. Beginning in the summer of 2026, I will also offer opportunities for outdoor sessions, allowing clients who are interested to bring therapy into natural settings in a thoughtful, intentional way.
