Eco–art therapy can incorporate nature in many ways. Some sessions may include outdoor experiences when appropriate, while others may use nature-based themes, imagery, or materials indoors. We will always discuss preferences, accessibility, and comfort before including outdoor elements.

How that works is you pay for sessions at the time of service, and your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the cost, depending on your plan.
After each session, I can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company typically requires. You submit this superbill directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
